3. All the work is done by the employees of Flag. In the event we must sub the work to another company, you will be informed before we arrive at your home. We promise to let you know during your initial phone call made to us. It is rare that we use sub-contractors, however during extremely cold weather where there are a great deal of broken pipes or perhaps a huge rain event we get overwhelmed with customers with very disastrous emergencies.

We always send a minimum of two men to your home however we have a fleet of 9 trucks and will send as many men and as much equipment necessary to get the job done correctly and as quickly as we can.
